How does the ordering process work?
You'll either be redirected from your favorite festival's website to our booking platform, or you can select your favorite directly on our site. In the online shop, you'll then provide us with some basic information so we can create the perfect tent offer for you.- Dates: When do you expect to arrive and depart?
- Transportation: How will you be traveling?
- Standort: Would you prefer to stay in the regular campsite or in the greencamp?
- Number of persons: How many people will be in your party?
- Quality: What features should the tent have?
- Selection: You choose the suggested tent package or one of the alternatives.
- Add-ons: Now you can add further accessories, which will be tailored to your party size.
- Services: You can then book options such as a late arrival or final cleaning of your tent.
- Payment: After entering your contact details, you will receive a payment request from us. You have 7 days to pay, and you can settle the amount via bank transfer or PayPal. We will only set up tents that have been paid for in advance!
- Confirmation: Once payment is received on time, we will send you a confirmation, and you can then look forward to the festival.
What do I need to know before arriving?
Shortly before your arrival, you'll receive an e-mail from us with all the necessary information (site map, location, reception hotline, etc.). This will guide you to the event.- Registration: At the festival campsite, please check in at our reception, which is marked by a red flag with our logo.
- Time: Our info tent is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Hotline: You can reach the mzss team by mobile phone – even after the reception closes.
- Check-in: You will then be taken to your accommodation and can begin enjoying the festival.
- Check-out: Before leaving, please check out with us in person to return your tent. If your inner tent is dirty, we will provide you with the necessary equipment for cleaning it thoroughly. After that, you can begin your journey home.
Revocation and cancellation - what are the options?
You can revoke your order within 14 days without giving any reason by sending written notice (e-mail or letter). This period begins upon receipt of our booking confirmation. Cancellations should be sent to info@mein-zelt-steht-schon.de or to Enrico Vlach & Nico Seifert Festivalservice GbR, Arthur-Hoffmann-Str. 62, 04107 Leipzig, Germany. This will also entitle you to a refund of any payments already made.IMPORTANT: The right of cancellation expires prematurely if we have begun providing the service before the end of the cancellation period.
You can generally cancel at any time, but a cancellation fee may apply – depending on when you cancel. Cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days before the booked period, and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 14 days or less before the festival, a tiered fee structure applies.
